About Me
You love travel? Well, I do, too. For years I have enjoyed visiting and discovering places in Croatia that are not that widely known but still possess charm and originality. Hiking and mountaineering in Croatia and neighbouring Slovenia turned out to be my frequent weekend activity.

In 2018 I decided to leave my desk job and I enrolled the programme with the Croatian Mountain Guides Association to obtain the relevant mountain guide licence. Since 2018 I have been working as a tour leader/mountain guide in Croatia. I have been working for established Croatian tourist agencies co-operating with tourist agencies in French and English-speaking countries.

My mother tongue is Croatian and I am fluent in English, French and Italian. I am based in Zagreb, capital of Croatia. During summer months Split at the Adriatic coast is my second home.

Lifelong learning? Training? Education?
Yes, yes, yes. Once you obtain the licence and title of a Mountain Guide and International Mountain Leader it does not mean that you are done with training once for all. The seminars and re-licensing as part of the membership of SGVH (Croatian Mountain Guides Association) and UIMLA (Union of International Mountain Leader Association) ensure that every member is training regularly, updating his/her skills and profiting from exchange of experiences.
Outdooractive application
In 2024 UIMLA and Outdooractive started a partnership. If you an outdoor enthusiast you will find Outdooractive platform and application an excellent tool while hiking. I have been using the tool since 2022 and I rely on it whenever I am hiking. Go check it out for yourself. I am sure you will find it very helpful.
